Due to an fstab typo, an unscheduled reboot on our distfiles master box caused many mirrors to rsync an empty directory.

It was resolved at 2014-09-20 19:01 UTC, but it may take up to 6 hours to reach all mirrors.

We intend to investigate why some mirrors are running without the --max-delete option that would have limited or at least delayed the impact of this outage.
